Easy-Clean Rotary Magnet is an inline magnetic separator used in vertical process lines for the extraction of ferrous and paramagnetic particles from dry product streams that have a tendency to plug or bridge. The rotary action assists in preventing the product from bridging or plugging the process stream whilst breaking apart soft lumps. It is has been designed specifically for products that are susceptible to bridging such as milk powder, starch, sugar powder & cocoa Powder. By using high intensity custom magnet bar diameters related to the application, the Easy Clean Rotary Magnet design provides a superior productto-magnet contact ratio in comparison to conventional grate magnets.
