Swamiraj Engineering supplies the Tube bundle dryer for ethanol Plants for DDGS Drying System

In the tube bundle dryer, heating tubes are arranged by a circumferential type inside the rotating shell. This entire shell and tubes are driven through suitable gear drive. Wet material is fed by Screw conveyor through material inlet which is installed at one end of the shell of dryer. Steam enters in the tubes through rotating joint installed at material discharge end of the shell. Dried material is discharged from the material discharge outlet on the shell. The suitable sealing arrangement is provided to prevent air leakage and product losses.

To achieve an optimal operating behaviour, each dryer is customized, e.g. the spaces between tube and tube diameters, shovel positions and filling levels inside the housing etc. are selected and adjusted to an optimum.
