Pre-masher

Pre-masher is one of the most cost effective mixer for mixing and conveying grain flour with hot water into liquefaction tank. Our Pre-masher handle flour of various densities effectively and economically to serve the grain based distillery. We provide suitable mixing zone for complete mixing. Pre-masher is designed to give desired output with most economical power consumption for a wide variety of bulk density materials. Product range of Pre-masher is from 300 NB to 900 NB (Trough size) and up to 6-meter-long having a capacity from 12 TPH to 120 TPH with wide variety of conveyor flights like regular helicoids, ribbon, screw and combinations of all these. The material of construction is SS-304, SS-316 as per requirement.
