DWG mixer

DWG mixer or ribbon mixer is one of the most cost effective mixers for mixing and conveying wet cake with hot water in distillery industry. Our mixers handle wet cake of various densities effectively and economically to serve the distillers wet grain. We provide suitable mixing zone for complete mixing. DWG are designed to give desired output with most economical power consumption for a wide variety of bulk density materials. Product range of DWG is from 300 NB to 900 NB (Trough size) and up to 7.5-meter-long having a capacity from 10 tons per hour to 60 tons per hour with wide variety of conveyor flights like regular helicoids, ribbon, screw and combinations of all these. The material of construction is SS-304, SS-316 as per requirement. We use international standard bearing at both ends as well as for hanger bearing.
